Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
Therapy can feel daunting at times, and it is my goal throughout this process to help you feel safe, supported, and heard.
As a therapist, I believe in the power of collaboration. I want us to discover what works best for you together, as you navigate what you need to be your most effective self - both individually and in relationship to others.
I believe that our individual experiences are shaped by the world around us, and that the identities we hold inform the way we move through the world. As such, I bring my identities as a non-binary, neurodivergent, poly, kink-affirming person living with chronic illness and C-PTSD into my work. Intersectional health, to me, means the intersections between identity and experience, individual and community, systemic and singular. To heal ourselves, we have to examine the way we interact with the world around us, and the ways that our lived experiences have molded our behavior.
I have a background in sexual and public health, social work, gender affirmation research, and LGBTQIA+ studies. I feel at home working with neurodivergent clients, queer/trans clients, and non-monogamous relationships. I firmly believe in strengths-based, trauma-informed work, and am excited about helping you achieve your goals.
I am accepting new clients for individual and couples therapy, as well as gender-affirming-care letter sessions.
